Highly floral aroma with touches of ginger and pear. Pours nearly clear with no head retention. Very flowery flavour, borders on perfume-like. Slight apple and pear flavours behind but definitely over powered. Crisp and highly carbonated.

Rating #919 - January 17, 2014 - After midnight perry review. Clear yellow pour, no head, just bubbles. Lots of floral/ginger/spice notes on the nose. Palate is sweet ripened pear, carbonation, light alcohol, light floral spice notes. Pleasant.

[Can (500ml).] Pours a very pale yellow with no head. Aroma of pears, floral and herbal notes and slightly tart apples. Flavour: Oh wow, that’s neat! Sweet sugary pears, tart apples, herbs and a hint of alcohol. Average bodied. I really enjoyed this. Addendum: it does get a bit much after a while, I had a hard time finishing it.

Pours like sprite into the glass. Aroma is punchy & promising. The wasps on my tiki patio are digging this pour. It’s a full tasting cider & I like it better than most. But the over sugaring is a flaw that drags it down.

Visual: aluminum cans of anything usual suck imo, but hey elderflower + sweden could be a win. Also noted in the ingredients, "elderflower" is nowhere to be found. Pours almost colourless but just a hint of yellow, soda-like CO2, lots of activity. Nose: light elderflower, gentle hints of apple and pear. Pleasant. Attack: 7/10-controlled sweetness, fizzy Mid-palate: cloying, elderflower, sugary pear, hints of green apple, sourness Finish: tangy, decent lingering elderflower, but still cloying apple/lime-citrus finish. Summary: While the elderflower aroma and apple/pear flavours are decent, the sugars are just too heavy and gradually overwhelm the palate.

500 ml can from LCBO. Pours clear and almost colourless but for a light yellowish tinge with fizzy white head that disappears very quickly to nothing. Aroma is quite fruity and floral, almost perfume-like. Flavour is floral, perfumey pear and berry with almost no acidity. Drying finish. Interesting.

from a can. pours clear very pale hay-ish with a small white cap, large-sized bubbles surfacing. perfumy pears, sweet lactose-like sugars, kind of nice floral bouquet, apple juice and booze. some phenols too. almost aggressive carbonation, light body, no balance. enjoyable when perfume liquor and cloying soda-pop are your daily beverages. DP.

Can shared with northropfrye. Beautiful crystal clear appearance, not quite the same as water, almost clearer and more enigmatic. Faintly sweet aroma of elderflower and pear. Flavour is rather subtle, but I like sugar. I’m also getting hints of cotton candy.

Pretty nice aroma of perfume, elderflower, which I am familiar with from St. German liquer. Very flavourful but perhaps a bit too sweet, not very complex, and a little sticky. Still, it does taste good. Appearance wise this is as dull as can be. Very clear, faintly yellow. I will say that the alcohol is very well masked, considering it’s 7% there’s no booziness to it, not even a vinous aspect. Overall, not too bad.

Can, consumed (okay, only partially consumed) during our family golf tourny on the weekend. Not sure how this one made it past the admins, as it is a flavoured cider. Anyway, cut to the chase-- this is an oversweet mess. The Elderflower flavour is nice, but way to amped up and artificial. My teeth ached after half the can. I’m pretty sure I rated this once before...
