Bomber from Manchester W&L. Poured into a snifter. A hazy light brown brew. Little to no head but decent carbonation. Aroma and flavors of slightly sweet fruity caramel. Smooth and silky texture. Could use more bite.
Bottle. Enormous beige head atop lightly hazed dark amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, raisin, caramel, light bread, spicy, light alcohol. Taste is sweet, caramel, some lemon, raisin, light bread, spicy. Medium body, some effervescence. kevd193213 (991) - Hope Valley, Rhode Island, USA - JAN 11, 2015
Bottle. Opaque brown pour with a thin tan head. Aroma of caramel, green trees (uh oh) and bread. Medium body that has a slight earthy finish. Could have used a bit more time to mature. fishonmyplane (505) - Newington, Connecticut, USA - MAY 24, 2014
Bottle from Harvest Wine & Spirits. I find it to be too sweet and one-dimensional. Mainly caramel malt with some toast. Homebrew-style off-notes.
