Pours hazu gold with a white head. Smells of resin, some citrussy hints, some nutty undertones. Tastes earthy and lightly bitter with some dry malty undertones and some buttery hints. Finishes moderately bitter.
Bomber from a trade on BA. Big oozing gusher, needed two glasses and still some spillage. Handsome deep orange, sticky sweet aroma (you can definitely get the brown sugar addition) with intensely fruity hops. Still, a bit dry and even a trace hot in the finish. Not as balanced as could be but definitely still enjoyed it. Reynolds314 (3433) - Connecticut, USA - AUG 5, 2012
New CT brewery Im excited to get into here. This first example was alright. Very different then what I expected as the hops were very floral, and fruity (berry-like not citrus) Id be curious to know the hops that were used. A bit sweet on the finish for me but so unique that I still enjoyed it. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - AUG 3, 2012

UPDATED: MAR 9, 2014 22oz bottle in a glass. Pours cloudy golden with an off-white head. Aroma of citrusy hops and caramel malts plus a tin/smoky hint. Flavor the same. Average texture. A decent beer but not that great. Edit: Sampled at the brewery. Pours hazy golden/amber white. Aroma of citrusy and resinous hops plus pale and caramel malts and light dough. Flavor the same. Average texture. The new recipe dry hopped with simcoe makes this beer improve from a 3.2.
