a great english style double ipa. really captures the earthiness of english hops. very drinkable and smooth. Slubgob (338) - West Hartford, USA - OCT 31, 2012
Bomber pour.starts golden ends hazy brown fire to sludge in bottom of glass (bottle had been in fridge 2-3 months?). Sweet candy like nose with a touch of bitters. Predominately fruit flavor (watermelon? Papaya?) With a floral after taste.finished a bit bitter, fresh hops, nice classic IPA style. JCB (3999) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - SEP 18, 2012
Bomber from a BA trade (I think). Thanks! Very nice, balanced DIPA that’s English style with a bright floral bouquet and a truly rich, complex, caramelly malt base that works really well. Perhaps just a bit sticky here and there but overall well done. Reynolds314 (3470) - Connecticut, USA - SEP 18, 2012
Surprisingly good beer here. Great robust malt profile with sweetness and smokeyness thats very nice. Hops are prevalent and quite floral/citrus and bitter. Nice stuff. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - SEP 18, 2012
these I usually dont like but this one is very well made. Roasty malty flavors and a strong even bittering. One of the best british ipas.

500ml bottle in a glass. Pours cloudy amber with a lacy, light beige head. Aroma of caramel malts, citrusy hops, and a hint of tin. Flavor the same. Average texture. Not a terrible beer, but not good for the style. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - JUL 14, 2012
Growler from the brewery. Pours copper with a white head. Smells of resiny hops, some sweet citrus, pine, peppery. Tastes of resiny hops, sticky sweet with a light bitter finish.
