COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Craftsman is our Chocolate oatmeal stout. To brew it we add a proportion of organic oatmeal to the mash for a velvety smooth mouthfeel. and plenty of dark roasted coca nibs to the mash, boil and fermentor. The result is a rich, intense stout with notes of dark chocolate that gradually gives way to a subtle hop finish. With malt, coffee and chocolate flavours, Craftsman pairs well with any dessert, or match it with hearty fare such as venison and beef.

Ap - Spritzy thin head that dimishes rapidly. Reminds me of a friends over carbd homebrew in the pour. Not looking forward to this one. Ar - Burnt notes, some chocolate and a smidge of espresso T - Starts of with rich smooth chocolate that made me think i might enjoy it, but that fades after short fashion and becomes slightly sharp, and a little acrid P - Chalky and thin. O - Wanted to like this, as its a great idea but it lack a certain something at every bend.

Pitch black in colour, no head. Mild coco aroma. Strong coffee flavours. Thin body, but great flavours.
