COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An easy drinking spiced rye ale that has hints of coriander, citrus and star anise. A smooth front palate leads to a long lingering finish.

draught at Taphouse, Darlingurst. Was quite odd, but enjoyable. Aroma dominated by spices, while the flavour was highlighted by a very strong aniseed, and backed by cinnamon. Quite a dry finish.

Bold, but not really my cup of tea (rye beer). A strange aroma, antiseptic moutfeel and lingering aftertaste. Struggled to finish a pint.
