COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A revamp of our original Paradox - which was a Blonde Ale - we have made some tweaks to the yeast of fermentation to bring you the new, improved, Paradox.

As soon as you flip the top off the bottle you know you’re in for something special. While the bright golden hue hints at a great quaffing beer, the explosion of passionfruit and citrus aromas - the signature of the Riwaka hop variety - leave you in no doubt you’re in for more than mere refreshment. On the palate the initial biscuity malt sweetness is soon joined by those zingy hop notes. This beer is flavour-packed, yet crisp and thirst quenching - that’s the paradox! When your thirst is finally slaked, try another glass withthe best seafood dish on the menu. Yum!

330ml bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow. Passionfruit, guava, orange, something a little minerally chalk like, nice sweet honey notes. Nice enough.

Flaske 33cl fått av DjOeye. Aroma gjær, eple, karamell, malt. Utseende klar lys gul med hvitt skum. Smak sitrus, eple, karamell, humle, malt. Litt humlet pilsner øl med passe bitterhet for en pils, fin og rund ettersmak. God øl ---

Bottle. Clear golden with minimal foam. Aroma and taste is grass, wet cardboard and sweet malts. Mine was a bit old an it probablty inflected the taste. Very nice bitter ending on this one. Will rerate with a fresh one another time.

djoeye (5085) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JAN 21, 2017
Aroma; mildest citric hops, modest caramel malts notes. Look; palest yellow golden body, pearl head. Taste; grapefruitish hops, grain, depressed malts - bitter finish. Feel; thin. Overall; lack of malts made this a paradox of a pils, an unbalanced meh! [33cl.btl 4.0% BB:4.3.2017 L589 [email protected] Tromsø]

Nice clear golden, foam is nice but disappears quickly. Aroma is soft, malt biscuits and some sour notes. Herbal hops. Taste reveals quite hopped up pilsner, feels more like a hoppy pale ale actually. Drinks easy and is quite refreshing.

Bottle from Yamaya. Clear blond with fluffy even head. Citrusy nose, some passionfruit and dusty malts. Quite zingy and even spicy. Went down a treat with a Thai green curry. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
