Opaque murky chocolate brown with some sticky lace but the head fades fast. Delightful aroma is exactly what the beer is billed as; nose full of milk chocolate, some creamy banana tones with a hint of vanilla. Spot on flavor for the most part, but is a little heavy on the doughy yeastiness. Otherwise the palate is full of chocolate, clove-y banana, doughy yeast, a small touch of vanilla, and a warming touch of booziness. Maybe if it wasnt "imperial"...
