On tap Dec, 2013 at Historians Ale House. Called a spiced winter warmer. Pours dark brown with small head. Aroma of roasty malts, slight liquors. Medium carbonation and significant mouthfeel. Flavors of roasted malts, caramel toffee, sweet malts, plums, cardamon, cinnamon, slight clove. Overall very tasty, full bodied, roasty and sweet with rich, dark fruit. ajnepple (6693) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JAN 30, 2014
On tap at Colorado Plus. Black with a lasting light brown head. Aroma is full of spices, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, vanilla and chocolate. Similar flavor with bready/toasty malts and earthy hops. Medium body with a nice mouth feel. Strong and spiced with a mildly bittersweet finish. mansquito (6488) - Nueva York, New York, USA - DEC 28, 2013
Tap at the brewery: Pours near black with a tan head. Aroma is roasted malts and a slew of spice. Really, this is one of the most spiced beers I have ever had. Yet, the spice balanced pretty well with the roasted malts and chocolatey flavors. Pretty nice. elihapa (1554) - Honolulu, Hawaii, USA - APR 9, 2013
Renegade Rusty Radiator 8/18/12 notes: Draft, brewery. A Winter spiced ale cellared for 6 months, and the harmony of flavors has indeed rewarded the effort. Aromas of prune, allspice, and clove are apparent, atop a beer colored dark brown with “ruby purple” undertones. Flavor is sweet, but deliciously so, with dried dark pit fruit slow dancing with vanilla and baking spices. A sweet sipper, slowly. Steve_0 (3745) - Denver, Colorado, USA - AUG 18, 2012
On tap at the brewery. This one is labeled as Rusty Radiator, supposedly it is radiator just aged for 6 months. Pour is deep, opaque brown with one-finger tan head. Aroma is just like Christmas, cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread, potpourri, cherry, and clove. Taste is much the same, cinnamon, spice and everything nice; nutmeg, pumpkin pie, and cherry with a slight alcoholic burn on the finish. Creamy mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Kind of weird in the summer, but would probably be pretty good in the wintertime.

Tap @ Renegade. Dark brown/black appearance with a small tan head. Aromas of anise, chocolate, vanilla, mild espresso, and molasses. Radiator had a chewy, anise, chocolate flavor that was fairly enjoyable with some notes of vanilla and dark fruits. onceblind (9856) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JAN 28, 2012
Kinda black with a small off-white head. Nice wintery aroma with dark fruits, cinnamon, and a touch of rum-y vanilla. Smooth rich full flavor! I get some dark sugary malts, raisin/plum, cherry, some cocoa, cinnamon, and a touch of vanilla extract. Quite sweet with only a whisper of bitterness at the start and finish. arminjewell (9688) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - JAN 19, 2012
Very interesting description, pour on tap at the brewery is dark brownish red with creamy off white head, aroma brings notes of molasses/brown sugar up front, spicy clove and cinnamon notes, hints of earth and grass notes, touch of sweet fruit notes as well. Taste is a bit sweet with spice in there as well. Orange peel comes in with the cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, touch of sweet molasses, finishes fairly dry but a bit sweet. Interesting, the 9% is also hidden fairly well. BeerandBlues2 (13594) - Escondido, California, USA - DEC 31, 2011
