Bottle 750ml. @ chriso s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2012.

Most impressive gusher ever - a Mega-gusher - the beer actually hit the roof. Unclear - hazy matt medium amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, grass, moderate to heavy yeasty, leather, funky, horse blanket, fruit - prune - apple. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, leather, caramel,. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120804]

Bottled@chriso pre-gbbf shindig 2012. Lively, cork didn’t fly to the roof, but the beer did... Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, fruits, some toffee and mild floral and yeasty notes. Flavour is tart wood, some rather yeasty notes along with fruits and toffee.

ChrisOs Marvellous Pre GBBF Mega Tasting. Explosive beer! Very hazy brown in colour, with a small pale tan head. Light dry palate. A little dry orange and dried fruits. Some bitterness - touch or berry fruits. Dry finish. Ok, a bit dry. And messy!

Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig, 2012. Pours cloudy amber with a medium, foamy head, some sediment. Tangy wood and leaves in the nose. Sour flavor, light sweetness, more wood and leaves. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry finish, tangy, with leather and berries. Also, this beer gushed like crazy.

Scopey (14723) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 9, 2012
Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig, 2012. Mega-gusher! The beer actually hit the roof. It pours cloudy amber, with a thin white head. The nose is tangy, balsamic vinegar, raisin, prune, date and wood. The taste is tangy dark fruit, raisin, currant, prune, sharp Granny Smith apple, only a very light sourness and wood, with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent beer, just a shame most of it was sprayed around the room.

Bottled at the Leiderkerke Beer Festival. Nose of cinnamon, coconut, chocolate, speculoos. Obviously greatly sweetened. Very muddy, murky brown with lace. Flavors of tangy fruit, a bit of vinegar, cinnamon and spice, ginger bread. Very sweet, with chocolate and speculoos. Not so good.
