Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of wheat, yeast, juniper, salt and hints of barnyard. Cloudy golden color with thin quickly diminishing white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts sour citric and light sweet grainy, following is herbal, vinous and a bit salty, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is mild bitter. Light body, thin texture and fizzy carbonation in palate. This gose gone great... Trolleo (1965) - Pula / Zagreb, CROATIA - OCT 5, 2017
