Bottle. Massive gusher. Dark brown color. Caramelly spicy aroma. Malty sweet caramelly spicy flavor with licorice and pear. Tasty, aromatic, but spices dominate,

Toffee, dark fruits, roasted malts, reddish/intense dark brown with a good tan head quite persistant, medium body, law carbonation, taste of toffee, roasted, hints of smoke, alcohol is very well hidden (maybe too much, warming is present only in the aftertaste)...a very elegant scotch ale but this witch can do better.

Sampled at craft and draft with Kermis, pours maroon brown with medium white head and plenty of lace. Smell is fruity malt, bacon, and charred brisket. Flavor most of the same.

1.5dl on tap at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam. Nose is smoked old wood. Body is opalescent amber brown, head is medium, beige, creamy, average lasting, good lacing. Aroma is black tea, honey, brown sugar, old wood. Medium to heavy sweet, light bitter, light fruity sour. Finish is medium lasting roasty medium bittersweet. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Easy dessertish beer, a bit too sweet, but interesting.
