Very hazy amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is airy and a little crisp. Malts are thin and have a light streak of milky sweetness. Dark orange and fairly strong crystallised fruit orange and a touch of marmalade. Touches of hop spice and pine. Finishes light and crispy. A curious IPA but quite drinkable.
Hopfiger, dunkel amlziger Beginn. Hefig-hopfig, die mittelstarke Bitterkeit wird zum Ende deutlich stärker. Dunkel süffiges und trocken erdiges Finish. 12/11/12/10//11

Hazy amber color with generous creamy head. Delicate aroma of fruity hops, some yeast. The body suffer for most of the carbonation is gone in the head; good caramel flavor and good fruity hop; correct bitterness, well balanced.
Bottle, 75cl. A big, dense, off-white head leaves lacings. Hazy, reddish dark golden body. The aroma is lighlty hoppy, with vegetables, some grass and a touch of strawberry. Resin hints and some candy. It’s quite bitter on the palate, in a herbal way, not in a hoppy way. Medium body, very soft carbonation. Some pale malts and candy in the flavor, with citrus and herbs. Lasting finish. Not very interesting this one, certainly not showcasing IPA in a good way. 141231 Benzai (16918) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - NOV 18, 2015
