Draft at the brewery. Pours a cloudy pale amber with a loose and sudsy tan head. Mild tangy nose, almost a bit of lemon to it. Creamy medium body with forceful carb. Tangy peppery mid palate with a nice tart finish. Quite nice.

This was clearly golden amber in color, hazy with a thin head. Super flavor and great Rye flavors. The rye comes out strong and flavorful. Very tasty beer.

Pleasant. Tasty. Yellow haze appearance. Malt forward with flavors of grains and bread crust. Lesser hints of white pepper, sugar cereal, and fruity alcohol. Herbal, restrained hops, but they’re balanced. Some sticky malts, but they don’t necessarily have a lot of sweetness. Subtle, zingy bitterness in the aftertaste. Rather drinkable, overall. Curiosity keeps you going back for more.

UPDATED: JUN 7, 2014 Bottle. Murky yellow pour with a white head. Faint dry hay aromas. Effervescent with grass, wheat, and yeast notes. Average mouthfeel and body. Original rating 3.5. Re-rate on tap.

Serving: from bottle--purchased at PCC. Aroma: light hop and citrus aroma. Appearance: average-sized, creamy, off-white, initial head with no lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Hazy, light-yellow body. Taste: lightly sour and citrusy initial flavor and finish with average duration. Palate: light-bodied with oily texture and soft carbonation. Overall: very good. I’d be happy to drink this again.
