Rating #2044- 2015.09.27 #CraftTakesSeattle Day 4, Beer 146 - Draught at Taproom Mildly hazy, golden yellow pour with a bubbly white head that dissipates slowly. Aroma is yeast, coriander, and cloves. Taste is mildly sweet, herbal. Medium bodied, finish is quite smooth. Delicious.

kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 19, 2016
Tap. Pours a clear yellow gold with a small wispy white head. The nose is pretty minimal, just a light hoppiness with a touch of yeastiness. The flavor is showing some moderately bitter floral hops with a crisp finish. Nicely dry with some clean bready malt. Mouthfeel is light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Very drinkable with enough character to keep it interesting.

luttonm (6483) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 9, 2015
Draft at Reuben’s. Clean, clear yellow. White foam. Very clean pale malt body, some sweet, yeasty overtones. Nice Belgian pale, tasty, yeast bite.

On tap at the brewery. Transparent golden pour. Nice, balanced aroma that’s quickly killed by the overly sweet flavor. Bubblegum, banana, cardamom. Almost artificially sweet. Again, overfiltered.

Gorgeous clarity. Nice lacing. Light yellow. Sort of a candy corn nose with caramel and sugars. Slight bread dough. Not bad. You certainly don’t get the abv at all. Mild spice at the finish. Sweet and slight maple taste. Belgian yeast isn’t too apparent

Draft at the source, with ajax25g. Bright crystal clear yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of funky hay and straw. Taste is similar.

Bronze-bodied with a ring of head. Ok carbonation. Crisp, 2-Row Belgian Pale malt nose. Lovely, clean graininess. Similarly, the body flaunts pure 2-row Belgian Pale malt goodness accompanied by some bread and light Belgian crystal sugar notes.

BrewDad (5328) - Olympia, Washington, USA - MAR 9, 2013
Draft at Brewery - Golden in color, hazy with a thick fluffy head. Nice Belgian yeast aroma and flavor. Good malt biscuit flavor. This was a very good beer.

after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - FEB 16, 2013
Draft at the brewery. Pours a clear medium amber with a scant white head and plenty of drippy lace. Big bubble gum and powdered sugar nose. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Toast, nuts, bubble gum, and light sugar on the mid palate. Clean finish.

I will rate another god damnit. Clove banana spicy esters honey bread a little pours golden no head or lace. Flavors of clove pepper banana honey light pear and spiced apple. Lingering perfumey sweet spice. Nice carbonation. Light bodied and flavorful but not cohesive enough for my complete satisfaction. Fuck bitches get money.
