Tap at the ColLAboration Winterfest 2012, as "Schmaltz Reunion, 7.3%". It pours very dark brown, with a thin beige head. The nose is spice, cocoa, sweet, sticky fruit, alcohol and molasses. The taste is spice, caramel, roasted malt, coffee, some alcohol warmth, wood, sweet sticky fruit, molasses and fiery gingerbread. Good balance of flavours. Full body and moderate carbonation.
