"I want to marry this beer!" I could not stop proclaiming this. wnewberr (100) - Huntersville, North Carolina, USA - JUL 29, 2012
Very sweet aroma with chocolate notes. Pours with little to no head :( but this is a great beer from a great brewery. Very strong cinnamon flavor up front with a gentle chocolate finish. I’ll be buying this one again! Cybercat (5832) - Georgia, USA - AUG 15, 2012
Pours a dark, somewhat clear sienna with a fairly thick wheaty-tan head. Strong aroma fills the nose with malty, cinnamon, caramel and nutty notes plus a hint of wood. Flavor has a strong cinnamon and woody overtone floating atop good malty, chocolate and nutty notes plus hints of hops, caramel and horehound. Absolutely lip-smacking! Firm texture has plenty of fizz, leaving a tasty finish that has cinnamon, chocolate, nutty and caramel tones. Pity this is a one-and-done. SPDickerman (1239) - Texas, USA - SEP 13, 2012
Pours mahogany with a small beige head. Smells of chocolate and hints of cinnamon. Taste is subtle cocoa, vanilla, and cinnamon. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and soft mouth-carbonation, Terrapin Reunion ’12 finishes with some cinnamon dryness. MarkSachon (1023) - Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 16, 2013
Bomber bottle from neighbor Bob - Thanks! Lots of rich dark flavors. plenty of cocoa and vanilla. High marks overall and plenty of alcohol.

This 2012 Reunion beer is a delicious savory brown ale with the rich flavor of chocolate and cinnamon. Aroma is light but sweet. It really is like drinking a fine liquid chocolate! 86Moose (62) - - DEC 23, 2012
Excellent aroma. Deep roasted chicolate with rich vanilla. Bitter finish. Lighter maple brown coloring is deceiving as this is a strong, robust beer. 2012 was a very good year for Terrapin’s Renunion ale. sharkbcr (160) - Illinois, USA - OCT 13, 2012
An interesting combination cinnamon, vanilla and cocoa nibs. It doesn’t sound like a winner, but wow! A slight cinnamon aroma, then the taste hits you with slightly sweet vanilla cinnamon combo with a faint cocoa underpinning. Excellent! julieimagery (182) - Coconut creek, Florida, USA - JUL 25, 2012
Very sweet and indulgent flavor, it’s very different. Not a stout, not a belgian but something different. SSSteve (4006) - - AUG 5, 2012
tap at porter. this beer rules! poured a clear dark ruby brown with a large, whipped, tan head. cinnamon nose. such a unique flavor. haven’t had anything like this before. it tastes like burnt marshmallows from a campfire with a little charred ash thrown in and the perfect amount of cinnamon. really awesome stuff.
