pours dark brown with a thick tan head. some lacing left on my glass. aroma is very stout like. aroma is of fresh roasted coffee beans, cocoa, cinnamon and dark malts. when you smell this you know what your about to taste because they are spot on. medium body(seems thin because i still think im drinking a stout.). medium carbonation. has a slick mouthfeel and finishes with a bitter afterbite of fresh coffee beans. got this in a holiday pack so i cant say im disappointed. its pretty good actually. i would never have thought this was 8 percent abv. 12 oz. bottle poured into tulip. Deep brown with a generous frothy tan head and impressive carbonation and excellent head retention. Medium intensity aromas of coffee and cocoa nibs. Nicely balanced malty brown ale flavor with plenty of roasty coffee flavor and a long bitter finish and a bit of heat. The carbonation contributes to a lively mouthfeel. A worthwhile collaboration, IMO. rxeight (3160) - Illinois, USA - DEC 31, 2013
Wife brought back from Texas. She liked this one. I didn’t so much. This is pretty much all cinnamon and clove. Don’t taste much lease as those are so overpowering vyvvy (6571) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - DEC 31, 2013
Pours dark brown with a soapy beige head. The aroma has cocoa nib bitterness, cream, coffee, roasted malt and hints of vanilla. Medium rich body with lots of flowing carbonation. The flavor starts off with bitterness that has earthiness, cocoa, coffee and roasted malts. The finish adds some red berries along with the varying versions of bitterness. Decent beer, but more coffee than I’d like. seymour (2076) - Maplewood, Missouri, USA - DEC 31, 2013
Shared at GregFest 2013 from a brown bomber bottle into a nonic half pint glass. It poured a nice clear reddish brown colour. Aromas and flavours of a bland dark ale plus faint cacao nibs and coffee. Not deeply flawed, but unimpressive.

12 oz bottle. Dark brown with a splotchy head. Nose is cocoa, coffee, cinnamon and vanilla. Creamy medium body with a brisk buzz. Taste is coffee bean then dark roast. The cinnamon and vanilla add a nice sweetness finishing with earthy cocoa nibs. Bamaboy1975 (242) - Suffolk, Virginia, USA - DEC 24, 2013

Bomber. Deep amber with a beige head. Coca nibs and hot pepper aromas. Similar flavors. Butters (4059) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - DEC 22, 2013
Aroma makes me think of chili peppers, but its actually the cinnamon I think. Fresh Coffee beans and vanilla show up on the front of the flavor. The cinnamon has a strong showing on the middle, and finishes with cocoa. Not as enjoyable as last year.
