DryHop Thriller is our admiral American Pale Ale, really hoppy. Light in color and body, layed back and drinkable, but hauntingly hoppy. The damn everyday hoppy beer that u want to drink a six pack of.

33cl bottle. It pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a huge soapy white head. Gushing beer with lasting foam. Aroma is hoppy and citrusy. Citrus, loads of pineapple and some apricot. RevCat surely knows how to dry hop. Taste is quite bitter, mostly hoppy with some grainy components. The fresh fruits from the dry hopping really shine in this. Mostly pineapple but apricot is there with a gentle sweet touch to mitigate partly the overall bitterness. Very fresh and smooth taste. No traces of alcohol. Light in body with very nice carbonation. Overall, this is what an APA should be, light refreshing easy to drink and damn tasty. The fruity hoppy profile helps drinkability a lot: resiny piny hops tend to enhance the bitter sensation making some APAs much less refreshing. Fruity and amazing.

In bottle. I like this beer a lot. It tastes good until the very end and the alcohol level is quite low. Smells like orange and straight-up lemon. Tastes beautiful. The hint of wheat and oat malt is interesting.

On draft at the grand opening of Birra + Gabratella store! Pours hazy golden with a good size white head. Nose is big time grapefruit citrus and lots of woody pine. Taste is very bitter and comes to a gradual balanced bittersweet and then again transitions to a bitter aftertaste. Complex. Mouthfeel is soft and oily, medium body and a long finish. Well done Alex!

[email protected] piu new on 26/10/2012. Aroma is impressing, very piny&citrusy. Taste is even more refreshing, just an explosion of pines and citrus mix, with quite interesting aftertaste. Bitterness level is quite high. Very strongly dry hopped. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at home. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a somewhat rocky, off-white head. Smells fruity ad hoppy. Quite bitter and dry. Lots of hops aromas of spruce and pine mixed with citric fruits. Sweetness evolves towards the end. Tiny hints of a malty back bone. Medium to light bodied. High carbonation. Bitter and dry finish with a sweet and fruity hopsaromas. Thanks Alex!
