250ml, draught at Schouskjelleren Mikrobryggeri. Amber-red body, hazy, headless, fragile lacing. Dry and tart fruits to the nose. Tart berries in flavour and tart fruity ending. Very dry in the mouth. Ok palate cleanser (Oslo, 15.09.2012).

Better ’11 based on an IPA with s copper color and a soapy head - on cask. A really interesting nose barrel, must, & hints of vanilla. Lightly ascerbic body with a silky mouthfeel. The taste is bitter nutty and sour. Good stuff. Very nicely balanced and not as mouth puckeringly sour as some of their other sours.

On tap at Schouskjelleren. Slightly hazy amber with a small, off-white head. Aroma of barnyard, basement, some fruits and malt. Lightly sour and yeasty with a citric finish. Nice and refreshing!

06/03/2012 Brasserie 4:20 (handpump). Golden Ale invecchiata in botte. Ambrata intensa, lievemente torbida, schiuma leggera.

Hand pump at 4:20. Light caramel nose with lots of citrus hops, and very grassy with some acid background. Nice hop character, but fainter than Harder. Cloudy orange-brown with a bubbly head. Nice grassy hop flavor with strong bitterness, oranges, and light caramel. Very bitter, and that is an interesting contrast to the sour flavors.
