COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A citrusy and refreshing Belgian-style pale ale hopped with Cascade, Citra, and whole Crystal hops for massive aromas and flavors! Fermented with our Belgian Wit yeast for an extra dose of complexity, this one is very drinkable and extremely aromatic.

Per Wil Turner, this is a second runnings beer from Institutionalized Barleywine’s runoff.

Can at home. Pours a clear copper with lasting white head and good lacing. Aroma is bananas and Belgian. Somewhat hoppy taste but eaten up by Belgian yeast and bananas. Really disappointing as Belgian yeast dominates this beer. The hop profile isn’t there.

Mindwarp (276) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 13, 2016
Pours a dark amber with a thick head and lots of lacing. Aroma is of resin with some spice. Taste is hoppy but not bitter, follows the aroma. Overall a pretty good beer

arkurzynski (2415) - Combined Locks, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 8, 2016
Deep reddish brown. Nose of fruit, catty pine and spicy Belgian yeast. Flavor is biscuity toasted malt with BelgIan spice and more catty pine with grapefruit.

SlovakSniper (5561) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 27, 2016

3.4
williamstome (1863) - Somerville, Massachusetts, USA - MAY 10, 2016
Orange pour, small white head. Aroma of orange, melon, fruit. Flavor of citrus, lemon, pine, caramel, fruit. Quite bitter, with a burnt malt backbone.

Draft at First Draft in Chicago. Expressive yeast contributes warm bread, clove, ripe banana. Bit of funk. Mildly bitter. Not too bad.
