COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A citrusy and refreshing Belgian-style pale ale hopped with Cascade, Citra, and whole Crystal hops for massive aromas and flavors! Fermented with our Belgian Wit yeast for an extra dose of complexity, this one is very drinkable and extremely aromatic.

Per Wil Turner, this is a second runnings beer from Institutionalized Barleywine’s runoff.

Can. Poured clear copper color with an average fizzy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate complex yeast and floral hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium complex bittersweet hop flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate duration.
