Pour on tap at the brewery, clear orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, toast, orange marmalade into a bit of grain, herbal, grassy hops in there, spice notes as well. A decent bitter mixes American attitude with a traditional English style recipe. The result might be even better if it were served on cask instead of from a keg. If this gets bottled it could make a nice daily drinker for the spring months.
Aroma / Appearance - The creamy ivory head floats above a foundation of deep caramel. Light and fluid, it swirls with grace. Thin light chocolate, roasted malts, and licorice waft up from the sampler with a carefree ease.
Flavor / Palate - The body falls a bit on the thin side. Even so the profile of caramel, cherries, and chocolate refreshes the palate. An easy transition carries into the creamy finish which may be due to the nitrogen treatment. In the end it falls short of comparing favorably to the best examples of bitters but does well for an American interpretation.

Nuts and apricots blend into this Bitter’s slender mouthfeel, as mild caramel invites more depth.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A creamy slice of foam sits atop the shiny dark copper.
-Why are they serving a Bitter on nitrogen when they have an unused handpump?
-This is easy drinking and super clean, which is perfect for the style.
-Hops were a tad too muted for my tastes in the style.

A red copper ale with a thin creamy mocha head, nitro pushed. In aroma , sweet caramel malt with light nutty notes, grassy hops, a bit more British in character. On tap, inexplicably on Nitro and not advertised as such. Reddish copper amber with a thick white nitro head. Aroma is muted, bread, caramel, fruit notes. Mild floral hop notes. Flavor is somewhat sweet, somewhat bitter. Typical thin nitro mouthfeel. This would be better if it were not on nitro.

Nitro tap @ the brewpub. Clear medium copper amber, dense immobile creamy nitro head. The nitro pretty much kills any nose on this. Tap flight at the brew pub, served in nitrogen. Dark caramel color with a dense nitro egg shell head. Excellent lace tha. Oats the glad. Not much aroma. Flavor is sweet bread, aromatic veggie hops, and very nutty. Tips toward the sweeter side of things for an ESB. Slightly creamy mouthfeel. Tap at Revolution Brewing, Milwaulkee Ave, Chicago. Poured a clear chesnut brown with a long living frothy off white head. The aroma is weak malt. The flavour is medium to weak bitter with a big malt liqourice hoppy palate with a short bitter finish. Served warm, just as it should be! Shame about the name though.
