Mindwarp (276) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - APR 4, 2015
Pours a deep hazy golden color with a thick white head, lots of lacing on glass. Strong citrus/floral aroma. Nice hoppy bitterness at first taste but not overpowering and doesn’t linger long. Slight hint of citrus but not a lot. This is a really good IPA that I had a lot of a while back in Chicago and can be drank all day, and I mean all day. It was so good I had to bring back a 6pk because we can not get it here, too bad.

12oz can. Pours a pale golden with a white head. Wow! This is a great IPA. Similar in style to a west coast IPA. Big citrus and pine hop notes. Very tasty.

Gold pour, beautiful white head. Grassy hop aroma with pine notes, huge hop flavor of citrus, lime, honey, with big sweet doughy malt backbone. Smooth body, grassy finish.

notalush (5873) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAR 30, 2015
Tap in a hotel bar in Chicago - served in a chilled glass, which may impact the rating - a bit thin and weak in the malt.department - simple, strong sweetness - strong citric hops - bitterness is a little abrasive in the finish - overall middle of road.

Bottle, trade with jtjager. Pours with a low dense head, mild piney hop aroma, was expecting more there. Flavor is pretty mild in terms of hops, and lacking interesting notes. Slight lemon notes, thin palate.

OldMrCrow (2437) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 22, 2015
Tap at a pizza joint in Chicago.

Warm amber pour, nice off-white head. Massive hop nose, piney and old-school and leafy. Flavor is rich and intense, tons of hop resin, to the point that I thought maybe this was an around 9% IIPA. But no, all this packed into 6.5. Solid!

4.3
jh773 (303) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 20, 2015
Rich amber-orange color, relatively thick head. Aroma is juicy, grassy, some pine, mango, pineapple. Flavor is rich and complex; a little sweet, then bitter hops on the end. It’s like all the different flavor profiles from hops coming together in one beer - fruity, grassy, dank, some savory herb flavor, some vegetable flavor too. Lots of body but very drinkable. A really solid offering; one of the best IPA’s that can easily be found in the Chicago/Midwest area.

Berard (639) - Salem, New Hampshire, USA - MAR 9, 2015
Can. Pours orange with a mild haze and thin white head that lingers. Dank aroma over mild carbonation. Dark flavor with limited hop complexity. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours almost clear orange but on closer look you might see some grains. Head is Thick with about 2 inch head. Nose: hops and fruits. Mouth is light but full. Taste: hops, pines, citrus, fruity with malts to balance the hops. Fruity flavor is somewhat like hint of pineapple. smooth and nice to have. Overall like ability is good! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
