COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship IPA is supremely aromatic, crisp, and drinkable. This iconic ale features a blend of Chinook, Centennial, Crystal, and Citra to create a crisp clean bitterness and imparts massive floral and citrus aromas. The Warrior hop is also used to add additional bitterness to the brew.
An American hop assault for all the ambivalent warriors who get the girl in the end. “Look, I ain’t in this for your revolution, and I’m not in it for you, Princess.”

On tap at Palmer House, Chicago. Clear deep amber with a small off white head leaving some sparse lace. Big pine nose with light toffee. Lightly sweet caramel start quickly followed by a big bitter middle and finish . Medium slick mouth with average carbonation and a lingering dry finish. Excellent

12oz can pours with a clear gold body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up a varied blend of floral, tropical fruit and spicy dank onion like hoppiness and then a dash of earthy tea at the end of the draw. The taste has a pleasing mix of the same cornucopia of hops noted in the nose where it delivers both bitter and juicy flavor hop yum. This is working well as the spicy onion, tropical fruitiness and bitter floral hops slide toward a thin lip of earthy tea near the finish. The bitterness does build as more sips are sampled. I can drink more of this.

Can - 12oz. Pours a nice copper body with a thin off-white foamy head. Good hoppy aroma with malty, citrusy, and grainy hints. Its sharp, robust hoppy taste carries citrusy, malty, and some woody notes. Ends with a long bitter finish. Good example of the style.
