12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 11/17/2016. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy medium golden/amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, apricot, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, honey, light caramel, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/pine hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, apricot, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, honey, light caramel, toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus peel/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, apricot, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, honey, toasted bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from lingering bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/sticky/resinous, and creamy/grainy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.5%. Overall this is a very nice American IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/pine hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink. Nicely juicy on hop flavors; nice malt backbone without being too sweet. A very enjoyable offering.

Draught at Galway House, 11/17/16.
A mostly clear, bright marigold-yellow with a bit of chill haze and a small, but dense white head atop.
Lots of malt (honey, vanilla, cream, very light caramel) joined by a hugely fruity (oranges, apples, kiwi, melon) hop character that picks up pine notes along the way. No resin comes through, thankfully. Lots of malt and fruitiness, clean, no alcohol.
Very malty-sweet flavor with moderate carbonation and a soft, malty texture. Fruity hops with low to moderate bitterness. Bit too malty for me, though at least its all pale/base malts with no odd specialty malt notes. Just waves upon waves of honey-vanilla-cream character with probably not enough bitterness, which I almost never say. Lots of yellow fruit character, light greenery/vegetal notes and spicy pine lingering. Clean, no alcohol.

2016-11-04. Crisp orange amber body with a nice creamy beige head. 3++ Aroma is moderate, light hops. Flavour is moderately bitter throughout, moderate citrus, light toasty malt and caramel. Average plus bodied palate, good carbonation. 3+ A touch maltier and less assertively hoppy than my preference but still a tasty IPA. 7/4/7/3/15-16 On tap at Pizza Due, Chicago.

Can from City Swiggers, Manhattan, New York, USA. A golden/orange coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, pine aroma. Tastes pretty much the same, hoppy, citrus, orange, pine. Loads going on in this complex IPA, I really enjoyed it.
