Aroma is sweet with grains and caramel backed by sweet barrel and a hint of fruit. Bottle... This beer rocks!… Pours lightly hazy and burnt-orange with a tiny, fleeting, white head. The aroma is a malty collage of coconut, vanilla and bourbon accompanied by toasted oak and caramel malts. Full-bodied with a velvety mouthfeel and lazy carbonation. The flavor is a rich melding of Caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and buttery toffee. Boozy, caramel and coconut finish. Another world class beer shared by the one, the only, the ever-generous newcigarz! I’m really digging the bottles coming out of Revolution. I look forward to more of them.
