UPDATED: JAN 1, 2017 22 oz bottle as Very Mad Cow. Poured into a tulip. Bottled January 2016. Black with almost a finger of light tan head. Aromas of whiskey, oak, dark chocolate, hint of dark fruit. Bottle from Needham Center Fine wines. Pours black with a khaki head. Leaves some lacing in the glass. Big bourbon on the nose. Lots of bourbon on the tongue as well the lactose. Balances nicely. Hides it's booze well. Finished clean. Nice!

650ml boxed bottle with no bottle date from bananbi11, cellared 3 months and shared with him at cellar temperature. Black pour with a brown head leaving great lacing. Nose was solid vanilla, chocolate, caramel. Some cottage cheese. Taste is of sweet caramel, lactose, vanilla with some light bakers chocolate & light cinnamon. A bit rough as the blend is not well done. Medium to full bodied with low carbonation and a solid alcohol presence. Finishes fairly sweet. A bit disappointing, as was hoping for more, but this blend was not that well done, and there was enough cottage cheese lactose to be off-putting. 13.8

Almost black with a small tan head. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, some bourbon and light coffee. Similar taste, also some light toffee. Fairly smooth and with a long finish. Tasty.

Big bourbon aroma upfront, hints of brown sugar and candy. Nice, nearly black color, lasting brown head, minimal lacing. Flavor is a bit sweet, smooth and creamy. A moderately boozy finish. Good stuff.
