COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our interpretation of this classic and refreshing Belgian style ale is brewed with organic pilsner and wheat malts from Canada. Freshly ground coriander and Curacao orange peel, along with a special Wit yeast strain, contribute wonderful orange and citrus aromas and a crisp, yet silky, mouthfeel.

gyllenbock (9184) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 17, 2016
Can at ORD Airport, Terminal 5 Chicago before boarding Scandinavian Airlines 946 to Stockholm/Arlanda. A bit hazy golden with a medium white head. Soft and easy to drink with light citrus, wheat and some coriander. The body was on the light side as was the bitterness.

Bebum (993) - Massachusetts, USA - FEB 7, 2016
Slightly hazy, tall and stiff white head. Fruity nose, predominantly yeasty but with peach notes. Full body, rich but refreshing mouthfeel, high carbonation, moderate flavor, long, clean and flavorfull after-taste. Dry but not bone-dry, crisp. Yeasty, citrusy, bready. Expansive example of a wit, very refreshing and flavorful. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

can from Chicago. Regular ol’ Wit style beer. Goes down well, but simple in it’s complexity.

Hits the style. Can from the brewery in Chicago. Bold spiciness. Pretty decent drinkability for a style I could take or leave, Foaming head.

Not a bad beer but I don’t really partake in the wit beers. It kind of just tastes like a bad version of Oberon...

Barnyard funk aroma with orange rind too. Taste is coriander, orange rind, cracked wheat.
