Yellow color, small white head. Grassy, spicey and fruity aroma. Medium-bodied. Spicey, sweet grape, fruity. American Saison.
On tap: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy citrus, orange peel, and a touch of spice Belgian yeast. It’s a transparent dull orange with a small white head that leaves behind a good amount of thin webbing on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with light-moderate citrus and faint Belgian yeast. The finish has moderate orange peel, light lemon peel, floral notes, and a hint spice. The beer is fairly hazy,appearing copper to orange hued with an off-white head. The aroma offers malt, sweet and sour apples, green, earth. Earth and mineral water character. Perhaps a mild tartness. Draft at Revolution Brewing, Chicago. Pours hazy dark golden with an off white head.. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, malt, fruit, caramel and citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Very malty for the style.
