A very nicely crafted Saison. The popularity of Farmhouse Ale’s are on the rise. troyc (2869) - Illinois, USA - FEB 24, 2015
[Tap] Pours a bright orange color with a light amount of haze to it. A small head of white foam on top. Aromas of perfume, floral hops and a dried grass note. Lively carbontion and nice lacing. Flavors of grains, green apple, tart citrus, acetic notes, grass and hints of black pepper. Dry and herbal finish with a pretty heavy body for a Saison. Tasting notes from 10/2014. biirusaikou (2705) - - MAY 26, 2016
Draught at Craft&Romance. Surprisingly boozy one, well the abv is not exactly saison-like, some lemon and apple notes, peppery hops which don’t really do it for me, quite a disappoinment really. Not sure if it’s import realted but just doesn’t do it for me... BOSSbrewer (2705) - Arkansas, USA - AUG 24, 2013
Had this at their place in Chicago. All the beer unless noted otherwise were good to very good. Unfortunately this was rated with another program and I can't import my comments. wedgie9 (2703) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - MAR 26, 2010
Tasted on draft at Revolution. Pours cloudy orange with a thick white head. SLightly nutty and sweet aroma with a hint of lemongrass. On the front of the palate there is a hint of citrus hops with a nice sweet roundness. There is also lemongrass with a yeasty finish. The carbonation is very lively with both a medium body and finish. Overall, this beer is great with food, but it is lacking a bit in the complexity department.

Bottle. Foamy slightly off-white head, lightly hazy marigold. Yeasty, hay, spice, some grass and banana and citrus in the aroma. Lightly spicy, some banana, slightly sweet breadiness, dryish dusty finish with some sliht pear in the flavor. Lighter to medium body. rubbishystuff (2537) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 5, 2015
At Mash. Decent all around Saison, more belgiany yeasty than any saison funk like some have. Server Tap StefanSD (2468) - Ouray, Colorado, USA - OCT 4, 2014
650 ml bottle courtesy of josh. Thanks. Pours a hazy yellow color with a big sudsy white head that has good retention. The aroma is big with Belgian yeasts, spices, floral and white fruits. The taste is spicy and fruity with pears, peaches, pepper, coriander and citrus. The palate is full and smooth with soft carbonation. Finishes long and dry. Overall: Solid saison Dfonorow (2318) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 29, 2013
On tap at Revolution. Hazy orange with a small fizzy white head, fades quickly. Aroma is moderate malts with notes of wild yeast, light fruit, bananas, clove, caramel. Flavor is lighter than the aroma - barnyard/earth, citrus, cloves.
