This one was feakin good. Amazing hop flavors, great spiciness, nicely dry and subtly bitter, a well crafted brew.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade. Pours clear golden with a tiny, white film head. Aroma has sweet malts, rather crisp, apples, oranges, mild pepper. High carbonation, oily and quite dry mouthfeel. Flavour has crisp malts, orange zest, apples, pepper. Lingering, quite dry finish.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub. Decent and serviceable though not exceptional saison. This batch weighed in at 8.1%. It hits the style, apple flavour commingles with orange and grapefruit. Lacey, farmhouse aroma.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Gentle musk on the nose. Medium bodied,big musk, soft wheat, lots of tasty yeast. Slow yeast into the finish, spicy and musky.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of sweet light grains with a bit of Belgian yeast and light fruits. Flavor is similar with sweet light earthy fruits, sweet grains and a nice Belgian yeast.

Cloudy yellow pour with a white head. Loads of fruit in the nose, apples, pears, apricots, some nice yeasty qualities. Flavor is fruity, a bit dry and a great yeasty finish. Good stuff!

Bottle @ Dan’s house, courtesy of Armin. Thanks a bunch! Light golden orange appearance with a white head. Orange, floral, potpourri, a bit spicy, light straw, tasty aroma. Tangy, spicy, lemon/tangerine, a bit spicy yeasty, straw/grassy, very refreshing flavor. Fairly dry. Super easy drinking and fun to drink.

Tap at Revolution. Light gold pour with a white clingy head. Fruity aroma with peppery spice. Taste is fruity/lemon, herbal and spicy. Nice.
