Bottle at Dan’s, courtesy of Armin. Big thanks man! Pour is hazy lemon in appearance with a small white head that quickly dissipated. Tart lemon peel, wheat, white pepper, light pineapple, yeast, and pear in the aroma. Taste is very spicy, bread, pepper, light pineapple, booze, citrus, and band-aid. Nice. Mouthfeel is medium with high carbonation. Pretty tasty stuff. Tmoney99 (14497) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 11, 2012
Tap. Poured a clear orange golden color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate hop and yeast aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. I would highly recommend this to a friend.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet fruits, spicy hops and yeast, earthy, lemon zest. Medium body. Flavor has an initial sweetness that dissolves into a nice zesty, spicy, earthy tone. Very enjoyable saison. lusikka (7813) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 3, 2013
Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus, grapefruit and white grapes. Flavour of wheat, caramel, white grapes, Belgian hops, floral notes and grains. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and a citrusy bitter finish with dry white grapes. Really well balanced and reminds me of Avec Les Bons Voeux. DialSquare (5032) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - OCT 10, 2014
Bomber from Pace High Carryout ($7.99). Gold pour with huge frothy white head that takes forever to recede. Aroma of wheat, citrus, spice, perfume, floral, hay. Tastes are grape, spice, yeasty, citrus, pepper, wheat bread, coriander. Very slight background tart. Lots going on. Little metallic vibe, but not necessarily in a bad way. Feels like a sipper but goes down easy.

Well color me impressed. Solid saison with a nice dry hop flavor and has a good caramel note too. Has a good sweet breadiness too, and is definitely enjoyable. j12601 (12000) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - DEC 11, 2015
On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Gentle musk on the nose. Medium bodied, big musk, soft wheat, lots of tasty yeast. Slow yeast into the finish, spicy and musky. gschrade (1092) - Collinsville, Illinois, USA - JUN 22, 2016
I had this at Global Brew. Pours gold with a white head. Taste sweet, some spice, earthy. I thought this was good. I would drink this again.

4/13/11, a fresh draft pour rerate, seemed like a Matilda clone, big phenolic character, spicy hop and yeast notes, bit big and sweet like Matilda but tasty too. Much better fresh, aging this with Brett could do wonders. chibuck (3513) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 27, 2011
The beer pours a cloudy orange with a nice white head, good retention and lacing.
The aroma is light, a little more citrus than you would expect in a saison, with a little wheat, and a slight bitter finish. The server described as super sweet, it was sweet for a saison but not super sweet, nor do I think its a traditional saison.
The taste is also pretty light starting off with some citrus, then finishes with a slight sour bitter finish.
Decent feel, nice carbonation and a fine dry finish.
Overall, pretty good, a sweeter take on a saison.
