Taste pretty much marries nose with a little caramel/toffee.
Medium bodied with bite, soft carbonation leading to a fruity, bitter/tarte finish.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade. Pours clear golden with a tiny, white film head. Aroma has sweet malts, rather crisp, apples, oranges, mild pepper. High carbonation, oily and quite dry mouthfeel. Draft at Mikkeller Bar. Hazy golden, small white head. Spicy, fruity aroma with notes of hay, herbs, yeasty phenols and noble hops. Medium sweet malty, slightly astringent, peppery with a dry, medium bitter slightly metallic finish. Nice.

Pours clear yellow with a tiny head. Aroma of spices, tartish berries and fruity notes. Taste of citrusy fruits, hints of tartness and spices. Finish is smooth and slightly bitter with some spicy and tart fruity notes. Okay saison.

On tap: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy citrus, orange peel, and a touch of spice Belgian yeast. It’s a transparent dull orange with a small white head that leaves behind a good amount of thin webbing on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with light-moderate citrus and faint Belgian yeast. The finish has moderate orange peel, light lemon peel, floral notes, and a hint spice. Cloudy orange gold, light head. Grassy, flowers, honey sweetness. Bitter, sweet with some sourness. Lighter bodied, bit of acidity. Long aftertaste. Quite complex pretty good.

Draft pour at the source. Pours a hazed copper with a thin white head of foam. The aroma has big ester notes with some dry, herbal qualities. Some sweetness comes through, but it is mostly a dry herbal bitterness. Medium carbonation.
