COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crisp golden ale with a delicate hop finish. This is our lightest ale and it is brewed with a bit wheat malt for body and Munich and Aromatic malts for and undertone of honey-like sweetness. Lightly dry-hopped with Cascade hops for that classic American golden ale aroma.

Pours a clear golden with a medium white head. It has a bready, cereal smell with some minor floral elements going for it. The taste is both a little sweet and a little bitter. There seems to be a lot of graininess in here. In addition to this unfortunate discovery, I find lesser honey, straw, lemon, and hints of spice. Short and subtle honey finish. Light in body and with a thinner texture. I was very disappointed with this.

Aroma is light and floral. Taste is bland and so is the finish. Light and crisp, but could be more flavorful.

Slightly hazy gold with a small white head. The aroma has some toasted and malty notes, with slightly earthy, floral, and citrusy hops. The flavor is much the same, with a little more citrus. Nicely balanced finish, very satisfying.

Sampled on draft at Vintage Estate this beer poured a very dark golden color with a medium sized creamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was faintly tangy and sweetish with yeast and cardboard notes. The flavor was tangy and semi sweet with a bit of yeast, a touch of cardboard and faint vague floral hops. medium length finish. Medium body and fairly smooth. Not good.
