22. Pours a cloudy dark amber with rubied edges and a big creamy tan head that falls quickly away to a light film. Big candied orange nose, sweet and sticky, lots of residual malts knocking around as a caramel topping. Thick heavy body. Soft carb. Heavy caramel mid palate with a nice orange peel finish, washing out into a resiny grapefruit aftershock. Big, heavy, bruising, but not bad at all. On tap. The bar was dimly lit but this looked to have an orange red appearance. Nice hop aroma some citrius and pine. Bit of sweet malt at thr end. Easy to drink, dances the line between a single and double ipa.
