On tap. The bar was dimly lit but this looked to have an orange red appearance. Nice hop aroma some citrius and pine. Bit of sweet malt at thr end. Easy to drink, dances the line between a single and double ipa. Nickls (2607) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - APR 13, 2013
Tap at the soure. Thin slightly off-white head, darker copper orange that’s a little hazy. Grapefruit hoppiness, some grassiness and resin with some caramel sweetness in the aroma. Flavor is more herbal, grassy and weedy with some hint of scallion. Not sweet and finishes fairly dry. Medium oily body. RespertFTW (520) - Michigan, USA - APR 13, 2013
Bottle. Nice dark amber color. Excellent balance in the flavor. Overall solid beer. Mittenator (1612) - Michigan, USA - APR 13, 2013
Bomber. Orangy/red with a tiny white head. Piney with juicy citrus and tropical fruit aromas. Hoppy and citrusy with a surprisingly light body. jmagnus87 (3302) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - APR 11, 2013
From notes. Draft at kedzie. Sweet malts and citrus dominate. Much less bitter than i was expecting. I would gladly drink this again though.

This is one of the best ipa's I have had. Very strong with little aftertaste. Super smooth an goes down easy. Puts a nice golden yellow.

Poured from a 22 ounce bottle. Pours a translucent copper to amber color with a white head of foam. Good retention. The aroma is floral, pine, and juicy citrus. Smells really good. Taste is fairly bitter with a hefty malt backbone. Drying in the finish with just a little alcohol heat warming the back of the throat. A very hoppy beer, and one that is quite good I might add. hopheadsbrew (143) - Illinois, USA - MAR 23, 2013
Floral and very resiny smell. Ver clear golden/amber color. Good lacing. Slightly citrusy and very piney. Just damn good. Capa (3435) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - MAR 11, 2013
Deep amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet malts, hoppy, citrus, resin, pine. Biscuity malt in the aroma, citrus, light pine, caramel, spice. Chewy with a nice bite. A tad sweet for me but good anyhow. jlanning215 (363) - Peoria, Illinois, USA - MAR 11, 2013
Fan freaking tastic!!! A gift from BigIrishFan! Thanks. My first beer from Revolution and I have to say WOW. Beautiful pour. Deep crystal clear red. Wonderful creamy head. Smells of hops....citrus, earthy resiny pine. Really balanced. Malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Perfect mouthfeel.
