Thanks Adam! Enjoyed in a Teku at fridge temp. 3 finger roasty brown head, gorgeous lacing. Wow.Smells like fresh ground espresso beans and milk chocolate. Smells amazing. very decadent profile. Roasty but not overwhelming. fresh chocolate and hints of vanilla with this birch wood smokiness. Impressive. DietPepsican (1591) - @ $13.99, Iowa, USA - MAR 29, 2013
can. Dark pour with a big off white head. Aroma of toffee, chocolate, and roast. A bit of coffee shows up. Not overly sweet or bitter, wish it had a bit softer mouthfeel but still good. jtclockwork (16581) - , New Jersey, USA - MAR 22, 2013
Can from a generous trader. Pours black with off white tan head. Nose and taste of roasted chocolate malt, milk sugar, lactose and vanilla bean. Medium body. Scrapersnbeer (1532) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - MAR 21, 2013
Roasted chocolate malt, light smoke and faint hop aroma. Nice dark brown pour, froth tan head from a tap. Sweet coffee and chocolate taste, nice bitter contrast. Creamy, filling body, yet easily drinkable. One of the better non-hop bombs I have tried lately. Onenote81 (1002) - Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA - MAR 20, 2013
I’ve never had anything from these guys, and I’m always up for trying new brew. Can poured into a chalice.
Pours a thick deep black, with just a sheet of lace on the top after what I thought was an aggressive pour. Bits of lace cling to the glass. The nose is full of roasted goodness: ground coffee, chocolate malt, toasted bread, and a kiss of sweet vanilla on the finish.
Good hefty body. Chewy but easy to drink. Good bubble play on the palate. Big milk chocolate flavors all over this beer. Some mild roastedness rounds it out a bit. I’ve had far too many Porters that are heavy on the roasted aspect and it just wears on you, but this one is perfectly balanced, even erring on the side of a little more sweet. Some vanilla and almond noted as well.
Really a stand out beer here. Were this available to me locally, I think I’d have regular stock of this in my fridge as my go-to dark beer.

From a can, this stuff looks GREAT! Big foaming evolvong head, almost as good a nitro stout, no lie. Aroma is kindah metallic. Taste is pretty strong, porter and all but it is more like a baltic porter, wew. Good charcoal feel to this stuff. dimenhetfield (2486) - , Florida, USA - MAR 17, 2013
12oz can poured into glass. Very dark for a porter, almost pitch black. Aroma is simple: chocolate flavors mixed with slight cream. Nothing spectacular but one worth trying. ICEatALAMO (1349) - Troy, Michigan, USA - MAR 9, 2013
Can. The pour is dark, that of a standard porter. The aroma is heavy roast. The taste is fairly smooth. A nice robust porter. SPDickerman (1239) - Texas, USA - MAR 6, 2013
Pours pitch black with a large light brown head. Smells roasty and chocolaty. Taste is primarily milk chocolate with hints or roast. Medium-bodied with a smooth, silky texture and soft mouth-carbonation, Revolution Eugene finishes smooth and chocolaty. Awktoberfest (404) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - MAR 5, 2013
