From notes - On tap, dark with a small tan head, aroma of burnt malts but there was not a lot of smell. Taste followed the nose seemed pretty thin. A good porter but nowhere near the top of the list. Ed5388 (3488) - Forked River, New Jersey, USA - FEB 19, 2015
12oz can shared by JohnGonk. Poured into a blue solo cup. Appears to be dark brown/black in color with a thick frothy tan head. Aroma of milk chocolate, roasted malt, and hints of coffee and vanilla. Taste of sour coffee, sweet molasses, bad chocolate, and finishes with notes of brownie batter. The aroma is definitely the star here solidfunk (9409) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - FEB 18, 2015

Picked up a 12oz can at Fresh Thyme market in Cincinnati, Ohio, and poured it into a tulip glass. Pours dark, translucent brown—almost black—with fluffy tan head. Aromas are very sweet, like brown sugar and dates. Flavors carry a lot of vanilla and chocolatey notes, and taper off with coffee and a wood-smokey aftertaste. Medium-bodied, drinkable...not heavy at all. Very good. kraddel (8901) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - FEB 15, 2015
Pours very dark , coca cola colour . Smell is spiced , slightly sweet . Taste is bit bitter, cacao , sharp dark malts . Panzuriel (2380) - Westerville, Ohio, USA - FEB 9, 2015
Revolution Eugene porter is a decent if on the thin side porter. Nose is of chocolate and good roasted nuts. Taste is a full mellow of roasted malt goodness with a plethora of hazelnut and chestnut notes. A very decent porter.
