Draft at Kedzie. Pours a pale gold with a sticky white head. Nose is pineapple and citrus, light petrol, toast and guava. Light ethanol as well. On tasting, moderate bitterness that sharpens through the finish. Guava and pineapple, kerosene notes. Light malt overall and dry finish. Its an ok beer but not really something Im a big fan of.

The hop aroma is there. Light crisp hop forward beer. The Australian hops shine on this one. Sweet soft tropical fruit flavors. Nothing lacking in this IPA. More smooth than the flagshipIPA. Malt doesnt shine through and who wants it to. Balanced super hoppy. Thin fading head.

Can. Pours out a light hazy copper color with a moderate off white head. Aroma is of lots of sweet cereal malts, Caramel, grass, pine, some spruce tips. Taste is much the same, lots of sweet Caramel and bready malts then a punch of resiny pine, grass and some biscuit and hoppy find is. I usually like galaxy, but this is just the wrong malt base for me.

When you think of an IPA, this is what you think of. Hop assertive, floral on the nose and clean finish. Reviewed - A Brew With You, Ep. 28

Clear gold. Medium full body and flavor, clean mouthfeel, average length. Moderately bittersweet, crisp. Hoppy, delicate resinous flavors, well balanced. Very drinkable, tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can at Mile care of and with Maureen. Clear gold with small white head. Notes are bitter and ashy grains up front. Also some appleS, fruity malt, and other boozy IPA notes. Light bodied. Forgettable

Can (with some pretty cool design on it). I picked this over the other hop variants because Galaxy hops are just so ridiculously pungent. However, the beer was surprisingly... tame. Its decent and straightforward, with a nice bitter kick at the end, but theres not much hop aroma and I found myself missing that juicy/fruity Galaxy flavor.

on tap @ Vino Bellissimo / Lima OH --- Deep copper gold color, bubbly white head that drops to a full cover, lace curtain. Taste is malt that mingles with solid citrus hops. The two share the trip through a long, satisfying finish.
