Bottle from atom. Pours a deep brown with thin khaki head. Aroma is light roast coffee with minimal milk chocolate. Taste is light cocoa milk with a thin coffee bean. Overall the silky milk makes this but a little thin in the mouth.

Bomber from Sake no Taniguchi, served in a snifter. I’d been meaning to try Revolution Brewing’s Mad Cow Milk Stout (7.5%) for awhile android finally got my hands in a bottle.
The ABV is kind of high for a Milk Stout but it pours a beautiful inky black with a tan head.
The aroma is savoury dark chocolate and molasses. Full bodied and smooth.
The taste is savoury, a bit roasty, smokey, nutty and rich milk chocolate.

2015 bottle poured into a snifter. Aroma was faint yet picked up some sweet chocolate. Appearance is dark brown almost black with a one finger light tan head. Taste is a mildly sweet milk chocolate with a very light roasted flavor. Has a milk like presence to it. Palate is very nice with a good balance between overall vicosity and carbonation. Overall one of the top Milk Stouts I have ever had and worth seeking out. Cheers!

Pours dark with a good head retention that was khaki brown in color. The aroma is of lactose milk sugar, some roasted notes, and chocolate. While tasting I noticed a creamy mouth feel with a good body. There were flavors of sweet milk sugar, roasted dark malts, some caramel, hints of chocolate malts, and minor prune fruit tastes. Black pour with a three finger, fluffy tan head. Aroma is roast, chocolate, sweet malt, caramel, a little char, lactose and sweet nutty notes. Flavor is roast, chocolate, dark fruit and bread crust up front, then a big wave of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, dark caramel and lactose sweetness in the middle, finishes with lingering lactose, dark fruit, roast and chocolate, some dry leaves, piney and grassy hops. Medium to heavy body, creamy to gloopy entry, light, but very blanketing and quite sharp carbonation and gloopy to slightly dry finish. Good stuff overall, a little too gloopy, and the dark fruit notes just do not work well with the rest of the beer, or possibly and milk stout. FestDecBeet (412) - - APR 12, 2015
Look: pours a thin black. Tan head, very thick and pillowy. See brown hues around the edge.
Smell: chocolate. Roasted malts. Sweetness. Slight alcohol burn.
Taste: big roasted malts. Coffee. Bitter chocolate.
Feel: slightly thin for a stout. Medium low carbonation.
Overall: decent beer. Not as chocolatey as I like but still a good beer.

Dark pour with a brown head. Aroma is roasted malt and the sweetness of lactose. Taste is roasted malt, lactose. The balance of lactose and roasted malt just hit it right for me. Wonderful One of the better milk stouts I’ve had. Creamy. Nice lacing.
