Rosie Alt.
A highly drinkable ale steeped with hibiscus flowers and a touch of orange peel for a natural tartness and slight pink hue.

This was pretty brutal with a funky aftertaste. It had an odd lemon peel meets leather bag type of thing going on. It looked good, and smelled bright with lemon notes. The aftertaste is what killed it. Iím not sure exactly what happened, but it tasted sour, dry.

JPDIPSO (6216) - Wauwatosa, USA - MAY 29, 2017
Pink hued amber color with an off-pink head (taller). Dry grains and light herbal scent. Light sweetness in the front. Hints of rose oil, light currants, and grenadine. Interesting, but nothing Iím getting excited about. 8/13 Would like to try a really fresh sample (hint, hint, JMS).

Can from Julio's liquors. Pours a reddish brown with a small white head. Has some floral notes on the nose. It's a basic amber ale on the tongue. Finished clean. Eh! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Nose sweet and very fruity. Pour is a wonderful apricot that darkens in the direction of ruby while collecting in the glass, hazy with orange and light brown tones, supporting a large and beautifully rocky beige head. Taste medium sweet, low bitterness, fresh and revitalizing wheat-yeasty character of American wheats. Raspberry puree / powder? It doesnít feel artificial, at least. Tart medium body, very refreshing, very nice. [2016.09.04: 3.6]

Grain and bread malts, floral hops. Clear amber, small, frothy, off-white head. Medium bitter. Floral hops continue, bitterness intensifies. Nice aroma but palate is a bit a miss. Keg at brewpub, Chicago.

Drinking this from the can provided by friend Todd S, so canít really attest as to its appearance. Donít think it makes much difference as the flavor just doesnít work on any level - sticky sweet caramel hibiscus tart.

Ugh... Red forest fruits / red berries, with a slight vegetal / medicinal note in the finish. Not completely disgusting, but if I never have to drink this again, Iíll be fine with it.

I wasn't sure what this was going to be like, but it turned out to be sort of a herbal tea beer with a little red berry in it. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Reddish amber. Nose of light, sweet, floral fruit. Flavor is slightly tart, yeasty fruit with a floral twist. Light diacetyl.
