Cask (handpump) @ Maltings, Tanners Moat, York, North Yorkshire, England YO1 1HU.
Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty, sweet tobacco, cinnamon. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, spicy bitter, cinnamon dusty, dry. To much spices for me, otherwise made okay. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Bridge Tavern) Copper/amber pour with a dissipating small white head. Aroma is caramel with spicy fruit and cinnamon notes. Taste caramel malt spicy dark fruity character, pine and very strong cinnamon. Not a bad seasonal ale overall for me, me but the Mrs really loved it (D16)
Cask @ The Black Heart. The pour’s deep amber with a small white head. The nose is strong spicy nutmeg, allspice, red apple, graham cracker and caramel. The taste is quite spicy cinnamon, caramel-slathered apple, light pumpkin and rich pecan nut pie. Quite sweet and spicy. A bit too much cinnamon. Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall, decent.
