This one gets points from me for being unique in that it added a nice twist with the blood orange. The citrus is what stood out in the aroma. The color was a cloudy yellow that fit the style and was almost like a witbier. The wheat character was present in the overall taste of the beer but again the sharp citrus thats part of the blood orange was upfront. It was almost like a hop essence. Honey was there but came up later. Medium to light weight on the palate. It went well with chili.

Recommended by a trusted friend or I doubt I would have tried this. Blood orange peel? It opens up and shows a rather unimpressive light yellow. The nose however is different, I pick up spice, maybe cinnamon and nutmeg. It gives a light foam which mostly goes away. The taste is a surprise. Orange, yes I get that. There is also a caramel sweetness but not too much. Very slight bitterness on the end. This is a good one or two bottle drink before going on to something else. But not bad at all. Strong abv for a wheatie.

Tap at Baker Street. Hazy golden with a small whitish head. Aroma of orange and wheat and a touch of honey. Tastes juicy and fruity; very mildly sweet. Medium body.

Shaker pint draft at the Boston Pizza in Irving, Texas. The pour is a clear golden with a thin off white head. The aroma is cereal grain, soft sweet fruit and general yeast spice. The taste is honey, sweet citrus fruit and all mixed in with the cereal grain. Finish is long with the yeast spices. The palate is medium to light bodied, soft carbonation and the yeast spice finish. Interesting enough.

2/25/16. On tap at Fuzzys Taco Shack. Golden pour with a small khaki head. Light aroma, pale malts, soft wheat, light fermented honey and spice aspect. Okay flavor, weirdly bitter or astringent, spice, honey, pale malts. Eh.

Flavors exhibit blood orange cinnamon c orriander and maybe even allspice This is a great wheat. Long finish of blood orange and cinnamon. Even has a tingle on the tongue. Body is full yet crisp easy drinking. Fantastic stuff!
