Pours a dark copper with a decent sized off white head that left plenty of lacing. The aroma is rather sweet up front with caramel and toffee. I also pick up some dark fruits as well and they are more prevalent as the beer warmed up. The taste is rather sweet, the chocolate/caramel/toffee notes are picked up right away. You also pick up some of the dark fruits and a mild hop bite to it. I really enjoyed this beer! keith0718 (434) - Kansas, USA - OCT 20, 2014
Great beer. Loads of chocolate and toffee notes. Well balanced. Perfect for winter consumption SPDickerman (1315) - Texas, USA - OCT 8, 2014
Pours dark mahogany with a small tan head. Smells malty, hints of fruit and caramel. Taste is sweet, a hint of bitterness, and lots of fruitiness. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and soft mouth-carbonation, Revolver Bock finishes with a lingering fruitiness. crajun (1263) - , Texas, USA - MAR 18, 2013
UPDATED: JUL 22, 2015 re rate 07/15....had a six pack during the summer; now my favorite bock even ahead of st. Arnold....raised from 3.7. very malty in aroma...nice beer that is easy to drink but still has some heft and flavor........................................on tap at Hentry’s tavern. I liked this!! bar so hard to get aroma. but there was some aroma just can’t place it. Some caramel and/or tofee with malt sweetness + somethign else that lingers at end of taste - not sure if just toffee or mybe some dry chocolate? This was good and I will try again! alcamp99 (72) - McKinney, Texas, USA - MAY 10, 2014
Very little carbonation and head, but true to the style. Toasted malt flavors and very balanced finish. Easy drinking.

Very nice Texas Bock. Pours lighter than some other bocks. Not much head. Well balanced.
