On tap. Pours a clear gold with white head. Aroma has notes of citrus, earth. Flavor is much the same with hints of cracked pepper and a nice malt back bone. Light mouth feel with high carbonation. Overall, I really enjoyed this!

Poured a deep golden yellow with a wispy yet sustaining head. Good malt presence, but for the style, I might like a bit more hotness related to a higher abv.

Tap at the brewery. Pours a clear golden color with a foamy off white head. Aroma is slight banana notes, grain and sweetness. Flavor is slightly sweet, slightly bitter on the finish. Has some yeasty flavors, pretty good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear blonde hue with not much of a white head. Lovely pilsener and cracker malt nose with a drying toast malt. Good flavor of pilsener malt and cracker-graininess with a leafy hoppy undertone. Very biscuity but not lagerish.

Bitter weird aroma. The start has a freshness and lemon zest finish. It ends with a lingering aftertast.

Caytinator (1005) - Waco, Texas, USA - JUL 6, 2015
12oz bottle. Clear, rich, golden beer with a nice persistent bright white head, decent lacing. Nice complex aroma, mostly malts -- the caramel comes through particularly. The taste is medium and pleasant, not to strong, not too weak, something to chew on in the palate. Overall nice beer with a good aftertaste, and richness of taste that is sometimes lost in the style. Good.
