Draft from notes. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have pale toasted malts, caramel, some decent fruit character, citrus, apricots, floral, mild bitterness, decent enough, probably a touch better than many of their pale ales.

Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow on tap with fluffy white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of zesty new world hops and bready pale malts. Taste is more toward the piney hops and a bit of oxidized caramel malts. Maybe a little old, but I didn’t see a date code anywhere.

Pours a light gold with a white head. Medium body. Huge hop flavor, lots of orange along with other circus fruits and some malty sweetness

Orange with a large white head. Tropical fruits, light cereal grains, a bit of floral, and a decent portion of malt sweetness. An enjoyable but unremarkable pale.

mikesaum (712) - Newark, Ohio, USA - DEC 22, 2015
Orange pour, eggshell head, spots of lace. Aroma is very fruity, smells like mango, and kiwi, very tropical smelling. Taste is sweet pineapple, kiwi, mango, finishes with clean bitterness. Tasty.

A good apa. Has a beautiful aroma and a good taste but the aftertaste is a bit much.

Golden beer out of the bomber with a fluffy egg shell head. Citrus and tropical fruit nose. Soft cereal and coarse bread crusts with a bit a caramels sweetness quickly overpowered by the red grapefruit, bitter orange and apricot hop notes. The finish has more of an earthy hop bitterness. Solid pale ale.

Draft at the brewery, served in a flight. Pours a cloudy gold color with a small off-white head that laces the glass before settling into a little island of film and a ring. Malt-forward; cereal, biscuit, butter, lemon, dried apricots and peaches, and soap. Light-bodied, with modest carbonation and a smooth, bitter, and sweet mouthfeel. Doesn’t have the southern hemisphere hop punch I like, although it seems to be a better beer out of the bottle, from what I can tell.

22 ounce bottle. Nice looking pour. Big aroma and taste. Tastes of Mosaic more than Nelson, but hey. It’s good. Hoppy. Flora. Fresh. Nice.

Tap sample. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate citrus hop aroma. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Good brew.
