Tap @ Pies and Pints: Clear pale gold. Sour vinegar aroma with tart apple. Tangy sour and I didn't notice a ton of peach. Maybe a tiny bit in the aftertaste. onceblind (11135) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JAN 7, 2018
Hazy straw hue under a fast dissipating head. Big lactic fruity sour aroma with light peach and light wheat. Twangy flavor that’s peachy and lactic and fruity sweet but also sour and peachy. higgsbison (275) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 20, 2017
An interesting brew. I enjoyed it but probably would never buy a six pack of it. The sour aspect was very nice. Didn't notice a strong peach component, tasted like chewable vitamin C tablets and sweet tarts.

appearance: cloudy deep yellow, frothy bright white head, decent lacing. aroma: peachy, lots of sweet-tart candies, lemon curd, hint of yeasty funk. taste: extremely tart, slightly sour, with sweet peach puree, lemon, grass, pepper, yeasty funk. finish: lingering sweet-sour-tart,full palate, hint of salt. notes: Wow, this was a full-flavored gose, with a big palate. Drinks way bigger than 4.4% abv, but was still refreshing and tasty. Can from Jim at work.

Lightly hazy golden-orange body, thin white head. Light candied peach, lactic lemon, a touch of salt, and some wheat malt. Medium to light bodied, assertive acidity, and a puckering finish

Light, briney, just a touch of peaches, thin, refreshing. A great hot afternoon beer and very much a change of pace from your standard hops and yeast formulations. Block (3222) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - JUL 28, 2017
Backlong entry. A light and fruity beer. Low flavors, a little tart. Very light. superspak (6371) - Waterford, Michigan, USA - JUL 18, 2017
12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 5/3/2017. Pours lightly hazy pale straw/yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lightly tart/tangy peach, lemon, lime, orange, green apple, melon, white grape, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, peaches, salt/spice, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lightly tart/tangy peach, lemon, lime, orange, green apple, melon, white grape, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness; with light fruit tang and yeast spice on the finish. Lingering notes of tangy peach, lemon, lime, orange, green apple, melon, white grape, coriander, sea salt, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, grass, light lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, peaches, salt/spice, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness balance, and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from tartness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, creamy/grainy/acidic, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.4%. Overall this is a delicious Gose. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, peaches, salt/spice, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mildly tart/lactic finish. Very flavorful for the low ABV. Not as lactic as I expected, but it has a nice solid amount. Really well balanced gose, with plenty of nice complexity. A very enjoyable offering. puboflyons (3562) - Allenstown, New Hampshire, USA - JUL 1, 2017
From the 12 fl. oz. can stamped 051317. Hazy yellow pour with a modest white head that fades fast. On the nose I pick up some of the peaches but I am mainly getting the Gose salt and an off vegetable mash thing. But the peaches I get tend to brighten up the aroma. The body is light and refreshing. The taste is generally clean, salty, and fruity (from the peach). Something new for me. FROTHINGSLOSH (8362) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 25, 2017
Sampled on draft this beer poured a fizzy pale yellow color with a large foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was tart lemon, chalk and faint peach. The flavor was tart lemon, peach and a bit of yeast. Long finish. Light to medium body. Ok..
