Bottle @ RBSG Grand Tasting. Pours a pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma with weak grassy hints. Fruity malty grainy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy finish. jtclockwork (16857) - , New Jersey, USA - JUN 28, 2014
Bottle I brought accidentally to RBSDG. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose/taste of apple, sugar and light corn malt. Lighter medium body. Okay. brokensail (16609) - Dublin, California, USA - JUL 5, 2014
Bottle @ RBSG 2014 Grand Tasting. Thanks to Josh for bringing these. Golden pour with a white head. A touch buttery on the nose, but otherwise good. Lots of bread and biscuit. Somewhat grainy and a bit of floral hops. Flavor has more of a creamed corn character to it, weirdly. Bread, some biscuit, and a bit of apple. Some mild hop flavor, too. Decent enough. Cute little “shorty” 7 oz. bottle courtesy jcwattsrugger, 4/9/15. Thanks! Hazy amber, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of grainy malt with some toasted malt, raisin and caramel. The taste is caramel, grain, raisin. Medium bodied, low carbonation. crossovert (13457) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 30, 2011
207ml "shorty" bottle. Cost .49 cents, thought that was a bit steep but the bottle got me.
It pours a golden yellow with a foamy white head.
Smell has some grape and corn.
The flavor is fruity with some mineral water and corn. Maybe better than the original but this one seems over priced, normally I would put the blurb that this is the same as bmc but cheaper but this is like an expensive bmc.

Shorty. Clear golden with a lil white head. Weak grainy sweet nose. Sharp carbonation and nice bite to the feel. All malt flavor. A touch sweet and bready. Not good, not hateful. deyholla (11909) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - AUG 11, 2017
Bottle shared by JK at Old Fashioned. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma is full of corn, straw and sweet grains. Flavor has earthy hay, straw, corn and a bit of bread backing. shrubber85 (11508) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - AUG 16, 2014
7 ounce bottle. Corn syrup and barley malt aroma. Golden yellow with minimal head. Sickly sweet corn syrup malt and weedy flavor. Bad. hopscotch (11175) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - APR 4, 2013
Bottle... Clear, pale-golden lager with a tiny, fizzy, white head. The aroma is a muddled assortment of doughy, red delicious apple, creamed corn and sugar cookie notes. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and lazy carbonation. The flavor is painfully sweet - honey, golden raisins and other esters and phenols that (thankfully) have no business being in a pilsner or pale lager. Next-to no bitterness here. Sweet, sweet, sweet finish. Bottle courtesy of GhostFace!
