Quack-Duck (9533) - Down South, GERMANY - AUG 30, 2009
draught at the Corn Exchange, Crickhowell. Clear amber-golden colour with a small off-white head. Flowery hoppy nose. Rather full-bodied for the strength and so full of flavours. Intensive malty background with a touch of fruit, orange malmalade and lots of perfumy and floral hops in the lingering finish. Perhaps the best Welsh beer I had during my holiday. 500 ml bottle. BBE Oct 11. From Wales. Courtesy of Brandman.
Dark amber colour with tiny white head. Nuts, coloured pencils, dry malt and mild citrus hops in aroma. Malt, nuts, wood, mild citrus and floral hops in very balanced flavour. Mild bitter aftertaste. Excellent Mild Ale.

Cask at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury, 28-09-09 Pours amber with a white head, nice clacky bitterness. This is a dry, tangy beer, with toffee flavours and the hops showing eventually. A6 A5 F7 P4 Ov13 3.5

Essex (53) - Cardiff, WALES - JAN 5, 2013
Poured from a 500ml bottle into a pint glass. Pours a lovely golden/amber colour with a decent head. Smells of mid/light malts and some nice fruity English hops. Tastes oh so drinkable, balanced malts and hops making it tasty and refreshing but not overbearing in any aspect. Overall an excellent session bitter, a marvel at such a low abv.

BlackHaddock (7672) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - FEB 3, 2016
3rd Feb 2016: 500ml bottle from a local Lydl store. Poured into a UK pint sleeve at home. Looked good, deep off-white foaming head on a clear bright and light amber coloured body. Malts lead the way in both the aroma and semi-sweet taste, pleasant bitter finish and aftertaste. Nice, easy drinking Bitter, nothing spectacular flavour wise but a very good beer all round.

SilkTork (5849) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - MAR 26, 2012
500ml bottle from Tesco, Swansea. A very drinkable session bitter with a good balance of amber malt and crisp hops. I could easily drink a lot of these!
