Sampled @ RB Danish Summer Gathering 2013 day 2, Ulfborg. Bottle. Hazy rusty orange brownish color, small white head that diminishes quickly. Smell and taste malts, caramel, lightly buttery. Average body and carbonation.

500ml bottle from Richmond Brewing Co., The Station, Richmond. Dark amber brown colour, thin tan head and a sour roast chocolate caramel aroma. The taste is roasted malty chocolate with sourish notes, slight bitterness and some residual sweetness, through to a dry roast malt caramel finish. 3.7% vinegar, I can only assume it was off, although I did buy it from the brewery.
If it was meant t taste like it did then it should be called Swill not Swale, in fact the river Swale probably tastes better.
